Amazing :)

The L’alquimista is a precious Italian bistro placed in a cool, vibrant neighborhood.
Simplemente deliciosa.
We went there almost each day of our Valencia holiday.
The food is simply amazing, what they can do with simple ingredients…mmmh, super tasty and delicious. I’m still dreaming about it. If only they would deliver internationally. :) :) :)
The place is cozy and nice; it’s small, so it’s best you book in advance.
But totally worth it because everything is fresh and top quality.
It’s like having your own private delicious culinary experience.
The pasta is made by them, the bread as well, the cheese…and some of the dishes really remind me of my nonna’s cooking.
The guys are friendly and nice and always so welcoming, with a smile on their faces.
I really recommend it.

p.s.: oh, and the cappuccino is great, too !
