I tasted this tonight, not a wine I have tried before but conveniently provided by Levante with this weeks wine guide.

Cherry red, even to rim , bright and clear with medium to long legs.

On the nose spice , summer fruits and and a hint of complexity. The fruit was quite open.

To taste, strong tannins as Jose found, the fruit not quite balanced yet which suggests another year in bottle would do no harm. Complex warm finish which suggests good fruit elements and structure for the future.

Overall a nice wine,worth putting a few bottles away but good now with bbq’s and lamb and or cheese.

Many time without drinking this wine and it shouldn’t happen. It’s still the wine with fruit, vivid and honest that was in my memory. Touch of tannins, but no that round tamed tannins, but the primary tannins from the fruit. A hint of astringency as well. Summing, it’s a really honest and nice wine with good QPR (3.6 EUR)

Hacía tiempo que no bebía este vino y no debería haberlo dejado pasar. Sigue siendo el vino frutal que recordaba, vivo y honesto. Con su toquecillo tánico, nada de taninos redondos domados no, si no esos taninos primarios del fruto. Su toquecillo también de razonable astringencia. En suma sigue siendo un vino muy honesto, agradable y de una muy buena RCP (3.6 EUR).
