I’ve drinking this wine for 2 months and a half and its evolution has a real meaning. In the beginning the acidity and the ’body’ of the wine looked splitted from my point of view. I didn’t enjoyed it. After some tiem, everything was together and this PX was really nice. Dates, prunes, bitter chocolate, toasted powder coffee. Really nice PX.
