GNTX Lar de Maía

Youthful black cherry colour, long, slow gycerinous legs colouring the glass.

Initially closed on the nose before expressive notes of malolactic fermentation, ripe cherry, guindas in aguardiente, white pepper.

Quite dry on entry, stalky with hard tannins, nice acidity (blood orange) earthy but with some evident strucure. All the right elements are there, the wine needs more time in bottle when it will round out without doubt.
