Clean, medium plus intensity.

Tertiary aromas from oak and bottle ageing, cedar, leather, savoury, meaty, earthy.

Red fruit (cooked), cherry marmalade, licorice, kirsch.

PALATE

Dry, medium plus tanins and acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, slighty, luscious. All integrated.

Pronounced flavours, dried red fruit, red cherry, kirsch. Tertiary (tobacco, vegetal, forest, wet leaves)

Long finish

CONCLUSIONS

Outstanding, very good acidity, alcohol integrated, not burning, large potential for ageing some years....so it is Rioja.

NOSE 

Clean, medium+ intensity, red cherry, kirsch, red berries, and blackberry. It is more tertiary: Animal, meaty, cedar and vegetal hints.

PALATE

Dry, hig acidity, medium tannins, very fine, integrated, polished. Full bodied wine. Medium + intensity flavours, some herbal (vegetal). Red Fruit, Salty, saline. Calcareus hints. Long finish.

FINAL CONCLUSIONS

Outsatnding wine, refreshing acidity in palate, some balsamic (eucaliptus) and plenty in flavours. It is silky to eat with meat,stews and.

PAIRING

Savage breast-roasty chicken, smoky wine sauce with flambed red berries.
