Soft, gold yellow. Brillant. Anarchical bubbles.
Apple heart and herbaceous hints, but not green ones.
Nice bitter taste. Fresh and vivid.
Very soft in nose and mouth
I miss something more, because it’s a bit short.
Nevertheless is a very nice cava with a good QPR (about 6 EUR and a bit).
