Soft golden color (as its said by its name). Obvious glycerin. Smells to unrippen fruit like apple, pear... goes to... banana? and honey melon. The wood gives a very smooth note. It has body (I don’t use to find it in whites). Pleasant acidity and at the end we find a bit of astringency. It’s smoother than the whites use to be; I guess that it’s caused by the wood. Excellent with assorted manchego cheeses, and better with the most aged. Offer price of 3 EUR and little (the usual price is 9 EUR approx).
