Drunk in a restaurant. The first two bottles were magnificent. The third was corked and had to be withdrawn. A white wine that pleased everyone at the table, beginners or otherwise. The nose was outstanding thanks to its clear notes of nut, which makes one think this wine has a generous proportion of good Chardonnay (although Pedro Aibar does not like to speak of varieties in his designer wines). Also a few notes of herbs and smoke. The mouth is very balanced, with good acidity. It has evolved wonderfully in the bottle, leaving a good impression. A joy to discover Spanish whites that improve in the bottle and show such balance.
