Brilliant dark black cherry. Lush, intense nose, with touches of high ripeness altogether with some “green” notes (as if vines were very young). Toasty notes, and intense, concentrated smell of violets. In the mouth it is powerful, fresh, with nice acidity and good length.
The “baby San Roman” is far away from his brother but it’s a nice buy for about 12$.
