Wet wood on uncork. After some minutes comes honey, vanilla, toasts, nuts, dried apricots, peaches.
As well in mouth, with weight and noticeable greasiness.
Leaving it breath, the usual oak touchs are under a unexpected acidity and an astringency near of those that a red wine have. It’s a long sip. Persistence.
Nice with assorted cheeses. Better as more aged they’re.
Price? Great. About 4.5 EUR.
I hope the wood evolution, coming to expected tertiary notes, that would make something very especial for this wine.
