This legendary luxury from Beaucastel is rarely sighted on the market, so to make an appearance at an offline was a special treat (thank you Phil). Dark plum optic, with a slightly animal nose mixed with black fruit pastilles. A tight core of black fruits, good acidity and a powerful palate. Obviously a young wine and certainly pared well with my steak.
