Pretty salmon pink colour with very small bubbles. The nose is intense, showing the effervescence of the carbonic maceration on a backdrop of red fruit. The mouth is tasty, refreshing, with good acidity and a persistent aftertaste, dangerously easily drunk on a hot day. A wonderful cava wine, well made. Disgorged: April 2003.
