APPEARANCE

Clean, deep intensity, Tawny, legs (untuosity) and stained the glass.

NOSE

Clean, medium intensity.

Aromas from oak barrel, leather, cedar, coffe, tobacco. Hints of red plum.

PALATE

Dry, medium alcohol, medium plus tannins and acidity. Full-bodied, medium plus intensity flavours like Black pepper, blackberry, blackcherry, cranberries.

Oak: Tobacco, cedar, vegetal (Graciano blended), saline hints, chalky and minerality. 

Medium + finish with a very good cocoa.

CONCLUSIONS

A very good quality. Great alcohol balance, integrated acidity and tannins, with able for ageing, very good red fruit and black. The oak is silky like the soft tannins.
