Lemon yellow with green highlights. Very elegant on the nose and intense, with the fruit and the wood forming a very well assembled whole: nothing stands out above the rest (a very balanced nose). The mouth opens big and fresh. Only the finish in the mouth gives more intensity to the wood in the shape of a certain bitterness. An excellent oaked white.
