Soft golden yellow. Boned and white fruit. Slowdown dropping. Dry sip and... carbonic at this point of its life?. In the mouth it confirms boned and white fruits, apples, pears... As it’s warmed up appear more tropical fruits... a sort of tropical flattened peach known in spanish as ’paraguaya’. I’m not very experienced with chardonnay, but this one is not like others. I find it less buttery, although it’s a smooth drink and the acidity is fully integrated. It is a pleasant wine and by this price (6 EUR approx) it seems to me an acceptable QPR (but it wouldn’t if it were 2 cents more expensive ;-) It’s not been nicely paired with hake in green sauce, but that’s my fault not the wine one.
