Opened an hour and a half before begin to taste/drink.
As we open the bottle arises a deep aroma.
Red cherry with a clearer rim. Medium/high hue. It looks dense and a bit blurred. Noticeable dropping.
In nose I find red rippen fruits. Balsamic. More things... but this wine really overwhelms me. I do really love its smell :)
In mouth red fruits. A very pleasant acidity. A touch of astringency. A hint of bitterness, like of the grape bunch :-?
It’s very round. Softly spicy and, in backnose, some seconds later appears butter/vanilla and some moments later evolves to cinnamon.
