Very deep black cherry colour, incredibly long, slow legs.
Lots of ripe blackcurrant and plum fruit initially on the nose, sweet notes,notes from the crianza and alcohol evident.
A sip quickly spat out! Gosh, this is an unruly teenager of a wine. White pepper, quite aggressive and clearly lacking bottle time. But....it has massive potential. Meaty, good tannins, good fruit. This is a wine to buy now and drink much later and I like it!
