La Recaja

Deep black cherry with cardinal's cap hints, youthful with very good long legs.

The fruit flies from the glass, mature, followed by hints of the barrel, subtle with some black fruit, plum, toasty notes and roasted coffee.

In the mouth the notes from the crianza emerge first, toasty, dairy notes, cream, vanilla, a very good acidity with black fruit, slightly bitter notes, mineral notes, balanced tannins, great structure with a long finish with black chocolate.
