And my favourite Christmas character: Mr. Scrooge
- Trousseau Singulier 2007. Stéphane Tissot. Arbois AOC (19.4 EUR)
Peaceful. Hidden into itslef, secluded, dead leaves, mushroom, animal and suddenly that nice Beaujolais wines comes to my mind. I'm never tired of this kind of wines; never tired of its character.
- Brouilly Vieilles Vignes 2008. Jean-Claude Lapalu. AOC Brouilly (15.25 EUR)
Stands up, despite the first glass let me down. After some hours raise from acid strawberry candy. Then, just keep on walking.
- Château Bouscassé 2005. A. Brumont - SCEA Montus Bouscassé. AOC Madiran (11.1 EUR)
Kind, bearing in mind the preceding vintage I was expecting a wine full of power. It's uncorked hours before
being tasted. Rippen black-fruit (whatever it means), but not overripen. Fresh, with a quite light astringency. More kind as it breaths. A smell of strawberries spread across the room, that goes to blackeberries when sipped. Amazingly kind.
- Pierrete et Marc Guillemot - Michel. Quintaine 2008. Mâcon-Villages AOC. (14-16 EUR)
More talkative than expected. Provence herbs, balsamic hints and sometimes rippen fruit that brings to me some SB. It's puzzled me.

Jose
