Finaly, organic.

Hello to you all,
i just have to say, finaly . finaly, finaly. organic.
is there anything positive about being organic. i have been speaking
to many friends who like organic food, and wine, but are not willing to pay
1 cent more for it. will the multinacional companies be organic one day.
do we realy care. in galicia there are only 7 organic farms. but we have 1000s of
organic products.

I´m afraid organic stuff and big global companies will probably never match. But in the other hand, nowadays we can enjoy a lot of quality products from Galicia or wherever that only a few years ago would have been impossible. (Unless you cultivated it).
