Sara Perez wines

I know she makes Dido and Venus as well as my favourite Orsus from Orcella but are there any other wines she makes or consults on ?

Off hand, I think she has been involved, to one degree or another, with Vall Llach, Clos Martinet , Cims de Porrera,
Mustiguillo, Cellar del Roure, and Ribas de Cabrerra -- but not all these affilitations are current.

As far as I know the participation of Sara in projects like Celler del Roure o Mustiguillo has practically finished … but she is now working in new projects, for instance a couple of wines in Ribeira Sacra (¿La Mala? and ¿La Pena?)

Well an interesting track record..I like them all !!

Not yet... well the ";supossed"; names of the wines... Lapena and Lalama ....

A new project is Elwines in Requena.... they produce a kosher wine called Makor… (well, is a project from Jose Luis Perez, in fact)

She is also involved in a personal project called La Vinya del vuit, with her husband, René Barbier, and others (8), like Esther Nin.

I like people who is brave enough to take such risks, specially when they don’t need it.
I think is a very special project, far away from conventional markets, so they needed something as different and peculiar as the whole project.
They say the eight of them are represented in the label.
