Bought en primeur some years ago. Cork emerged cleanly in one piece.

Gold centre, not deep, watery rim clean and bright.

On the nose, ripe fruits with hints of peaches and spice.

On the palate rich peach and apricot flavours which develop slowly, very tropical, ripe but not fat or cloying.Full spicy, long round finish.

A delightful bottle which shows the ageing potential well.Plenty of life left yet.
