Very short cork, under a crumbling wax cover removed but crumbled immediately.Heavy deposit in bottle.

Visually the wine was a light cherry colour with a terracotta rim. Clean. Medium legs.

On the nose vegetal cabernet which developed in half an hour to give hints of bramble and spice.

On the palate light, the fruit has faded somewhat but still able to give hints of its former self. Past its best but a pleasant enough bottle.
