roses in winter. No change regarding the preceding bottle. Zillions of redberries. Quite fresh and vivid. Nice pairing of different kind of nibblets and tapas. Degorgement in july, 2007. Good QPR for about 7-8 EUR.

Raspberries. Hue, smell, taste... Get a handful of raspberries and eat them, then they're injected with bubbles et voilá, you got this wine! It's an easy quaff but really nice and with a vivid acidity.
It's been nicely paired with a couple of dishes: traditional bolognese pappardelle and chard canelloni.
Good QPR for about 8 EUR.
