I watched it while drinking Cims de porrera 1998.
A lovely wine almost as classy as this team.

Wines for the match and celebration were Blanco Nieva Pie Franco 2007 and Colet Traditionelle.

Congratulations from me too. Spain played the best football throughout the tournament.

I'm afraid we enjoyed the game in a rather more traditional ( English ) way in the village in a bar for the atmosphere with a few San Miguels as the wine selection is not too good!

We are going to celebrate tonight with a few cavas from ( amongst others)Pago de Tharsys Coto D'Arcis and Carlos Carcel.

Here's to the next tournament preferably with England participating!

Mmm, no idea... but I do not think that a high quality cellar will make such a commemorative labelling... at least with their premium wines....
