Utiel-Requena ha sido la primera parada de Catavino on Tour, el proyecto del enólogo-consultor Juan Manuel Gonzalvo (catavino.es), versión española de Catavino.net. formado por los americanos Ryan y Gabriella Opaz. El planteamiento de Catavino es sencillo: cómo aprovechar las redes sociales para promocionar el vino. Catavino.net es uno de los mejores bloggers de vino del mundo.

Una larga mesa con los representantes de las bodegas de un lado explicando sus vinos y wine bloggers del otro, cumpliendo con su deber: catar y comentar on-line o en sus diferentes blogs. Algunos bloggers viajaron desde Alicante, Madrid o Terrasa, como la propia Gabriella Opaz, para acompañar y apoyar a Juan Manuel en esta ocasión.
