Mi interpretación personal del vino: “Antes de beber un vino hay que acariciarlo, derramándolo suavemente en la copa, dejar que pierda su timidez, que se abra y oxigene, bailar con él agitándolo dentro del vidrio, acercarnos a él, oler su fragancia y entonces ambos estaremos preparados para un primer contacto, nos lo acercaremos a los labios y él nos mostrará en boca todo su esplendor y grandeza” Amigos ¿quieren descubrir un mundo de sensaciones? L´alcúdia feria de gastronomia 2010.

rikiwigley. I feel sorry for the people of L´Alcúdia because in two of the three years I have visited the feria it has poured with rain, coinciding with the Gota Fria! Nonetheless many visitors still attend this fair , one of the better small fairs with its wide range of gastronomy on show.
